關於製作優格的益生菌以及其他益生菌的差 - 藥物,藥學討論

大家好,小弟最近開始在製作優格,
發現買來的益生菌粉都說要冷凍或冷藏以維持益生菌活性,
但市售直接吃的益生菌有些都沒標示需要冷藏甚至說常溫就可以保存,
想問,
1. 做優格的菌粉跟平常直接吃的益生菌差別在哪?
2. 那能直接吃的益生菌能拿來做優格嗎?製作優格的菌粉可以直接吃嗎?
3. 平常吃的益生菌是不是也建議冷藏甚至冷凍比較能保持活性呢?
因為我不是三類科系qq 沒有相關知識,網路上找了些資料但也不能確定真假,只好來這裡問問廣大的藥師們 <(_ _)>
