肝臟是代謝毒素的地方,腎臟是排泄毒素的地方~~吃ㄧ些有的沒,真的對肝腎都是負擔~
以上是良心的話~~

順便舉一個最近臨床上遇到的病例
50歲,男性,工作勞累,住院原因:急性肝炎,AST.ALT都700多,ALT>>AST
沒有B肝.C肝,也不喝酒------>一個禮拜前吃過號稱保肝的中藥
然後就住院了~~~
-------------------------大家還是不會怕,保肝藥多好賺-------------------------
台灣人喜歡食補.更愛藥補,對自己身體健康很隨便,因為健保便宜吧~~嘆......
