F大 現在討論的點是在生冷食物與藥物寒涼強度的問題, 寒症熱醫忌食寒,這是原則,是想要提高療效沒錯,觀念是這樣沒錯。
(我有不知道嗎?)
但我的重點在於是否都不能吃生冷,
以及長期吃熱藥,一朝吃寒涼水果就會破功嗎?
如果這樣,那會不會吃的熱藥的療效實在太差了,竟然壓不過(寒涼)水果。

鳳梨性平有清熱解暑、生津止渴、利小便的功效。
可用於傷暑、身熱煩渴、腹中痞悶、消化不良、小便不利、頭昏眼花等症。
我記得鳳梨會清熱解暑生津,所以誤為涼。
海蝦性溫,本草綱目有記載,這可以查的到。
炸過的海蝦更加燥熱,所以搭配鳳梨清熱,兩者合用,
就跟吃烤羊排,後面配點西瓜,可以中和一樣,(食物間的搭配會調節寒熱之性)
食物性味真要討論的話,
那橘子果肉多數我們都認為是涼性水果(先不再細分寒還是涼)
延伸到你提的烤橘子,連橘皮一起烤後,果肉寒涼的性就減輕,這也是一種炮制。

所以橘子果肉生吃到底是溫還是涼性?
煮過的番茄湯熱吃的話,番茄寒涼性會降低,蒸梨子也是類似,這也是炮制

我討論的點在於如果不是長期且專門吃生冷食物,偶一為之不行嗎?需要全避嗎? 以及食物是否寒溫之性的強度可以超過藥物的寒溫之強度?
所以我才會說如果食生冷的量不大,應該不至於逆轉全局。
畢竟還有烹調與食物間的搭配其實也會中和掉偏性。
不然如搞到全避,或是所有水果都得煮過才能吃,那又變成另一個極端。
要討論食物性味的話,可能就搬書出來,藉著討論,一點一點釐清裡面有疑問的地方,
慢慢地就可以凝聚共識,中醫飲食性味表如果這樣慢慢修正,會更加客觀正確些。
比如說前面提過的橘的問題,是此橘非彼橘的品種問題?還是認識錯誤?
又或者像白菜我們一般認為是寒涼性蔬菜,
但《本草綱目》菘 記載白菜莖葉的氣味卻是甘溫,這不是讓人大驚??
你如果再仔細看內文,看起來又確實是涼冷
大明曰︰涼,微毒。多食發皮膚風瘙癢。
詵曰︰發風冷內虛人不可食,有熱人食亦不發病,性冷可知。
《本草》言性溫,未解其意。
弘景曰︰性和利人,多食似小冷。張仲景言藥中有甘草,食菘即令病不除也。
頌曰︰有小毒不可食多,多則以生薑解之。
瑞曰︰夏至前食,發氣動疾。有足疾者忌之。
時珍曰︰氣虛胃冷人多食,惡心吐沫,氣壯人則相宜。
所以白菜是性溫還是性涼?
體質或患病特殊,就像上面提的氣虛胃冷人這類人,
有時食物的宜忌也跟著需要調整,
極寒的人夏天吃當歸生薑羊肉爐,也沒事,
極度燥熱的人可能吃一口就容易上火而牙齦浮腫流鼻血。
但是老實講這類極端體質的人其實他自己也會知道不適合吃甚麼,
因為一吃就不舒服。
真正該衛教的是在中間那團比如說四分熱六分寒,三分熱七分寒的這種人。
他們有時候會分不清楚可以吃甚麼?
真要討論就針對內容,
D大跟N大論到最後流於情緒之爭,確實有些亂,
也不知道為什麼兩人不要寫私信,畢竟最後也只是在互嗆。
固然D大他有所堅持,難以溝通,
而且有時對中醫理解有些片面,比如批評"中醫的肝不是西醫的肝"這個說法,
舉例內經出現心肝脾肺腎的臟腑解剖,
所以就代表往後發展千年的心肝脾肺腎都是跟西醫同一個東西,
這樣就有點偏頗。
但畢竟他也認真地在整理西醫的內容,不是純粹在鬧,
或多或少也能啟發中醫換一個角度思考,針砭中醫該注意的鑑別與定義問題,
更重要的是督促著中醫要在急重症治療有所成效。
三人行必有我師焉,在討論與砥礪中成長,
學習自己不會不懂,並改正自己錯誤,
這樣不是很好嗎?
