長期失眠,入睡極為困難,西醫安眠藥很有效但不敢長期吃、多吃,故尋求中醫協助。
用了三四個月試藥,各式失眠方對酸棗仁湯最有感覺,後來我自己用醫師處方改用水藥試
驗,單方炒酸棗仁5g、合歡皮2g、夜交藤2g(睡前一小時煮成一杯茶,喝完再把棗仁吃掉
)
結果整個半夜睏意滿滿,哈欠連連,(甚至持續到隔天早上、中午)但,就是這個但。
心想天啊要成功了,結果整晚還是睡不著,很像是螢幕休眠跟關機的差別,之前醫師聽到
酸棗仁湯能讓我打哈欠我們都很興奮,但現在感覺缺關鍵一兩味藥,就是已經在門口了,
想聽聽各位前輩意見。
家人和自身都有精神病史,偏向憂鬱、焦慮、強迫症一類,白天都有運動、曬太陽,自覺
憂鬱近年減緩很多,但這個失眠實在Orz 長期睡不好實在讓人很無助啊。
