我身邊的朋友
好像大部分的人都是早起的時候精神最好,頭腦最清醒,體力最好
到下午晚上慢慢覺得疲倦,然後晚上就累到睡著
這也符合心理學說的,人體製造會讓人疲倦的線苷,到晚上睡覺時清除
但我比較奇怪
也許是沒睡飽的關係,我早起總是最疲倦的時候,常常無法集中精神思考
都要吃完午餐睡過午覺,下午比較有力氣也比較有動力做事情
到晚上該睡覺的時候,一個人躺在床上就會回想一天
可能有時工作上頭痛的問題,在這時候才會有比較靈活思考,比較創意的解答
這點讓我覺得我可能是睡眠習慣裡的"貓頭鷹型"作息者,但我又會有熬夜相關不是的身體反應
再來講到食慾
我通常不吃早餐是沒什麼感覺的,常常是吃早午餐或是午餐,量也很少,吃不多
但是晚餐即使吃的再飽,到了10點還是會想吃一餐
如果凌晨2點還醒著,即使肚子不餓,也會還想再吃東西
不知道這樣的生理機能,是不是有一個病症可以描述
或是有人也跟我一樣嗎?
