主訴
Bladder cancer found in may 2009
病史
This 60 Y/O male patient was ever went to our urology department for help due to progressed left flank pain and intermittend gorss hematuria . We arranged URSL for HIM at that time . However , bladder tumor in left wall was found . The biopsy report was high grade TCC . Rejecting the radical cystectomy . He accepend turbt and Mitomycin-C Bladder Instillation . But in June 2009, his left N Progressed and went went to our urology department for help again . Left Hydronephrosis was found and then he accepted PCN insertion . After well explained the treatment plan about his bladder cancer , He agreed to accept the radical cystectomy and was admitted to our ward on 9/19.

TCC S/P TURBT AND MITOMYCIN-C BLADDER INSTILLATION GOUT
2.ALLERGY:NKA
3.NO SMOKING NOR ALCOHOL DRINKING
4.FAMILY HISTORY:NON-CONTRIBUTED

