如果你們症狀類似的話可能適合同種藥，但要是根本不同你吃也很奇怪
其實感冒不太需要吃藥，也不建議常因感冒就醫
因為治療療程:
懷疑是細菌-->開廣效性抗生素
懷疑是病毒-->沒有相對應的藥物(除非是特定幾種，如克流感)
如果病好不了只能給呼吸器、補充電解質或是只好等死，但一般健康人不太可能到那麼嚴重
所以只要多休息維持正常作息就會好了
止咳化痰止鼻水藥物在醫學的觀點來看對病情無正面效益，純粹是為了病人的需求而開立
