找到1篇2009年的paper,收錄10篇study 下去分析,病人數高達10459人

病人主要有年輕女性跟年長女性反複性下泌尿道感染

追蹤12個月,主要的結論

1.some evidence : may decrease the number of symptomatic UTIs over a 12 month
period, particularly for women with recurrent UTIs.
2.effectiveness for other groups is less certain.
3.not be acceptable over long periods of time.
4.not clear: the optimum dosage or method of administration

在NEJM 2011.07.21的review article 結論如下:

A Cochrane review showed that ingestion of cranberry products may decrease
the number of symptomatic urinary tract infections in women


結論:蔓越莓汁對女性下泌尿道感染的症狀可能有減輕的效果!!!
