並不是叫做 Naturopathic Physician就是Physician。
第一個我跟你說過了，我再跟你說得更仔細一點，聯邦法典CFR 702.404有定義哪些職業
類別是Physician。
The term physician includes doctors of medicine (MD), surgeons, podiatrists, d
entists, clinical psychologists, optometrists, chiropractors, and osteopathic
practitioners within the scope of their practice as defined by State law.
->這邊意思是上述這些醫療人員在自己職業範圍內時在法律上定義為Physician。
The term includes chiropractors only to the extent that their reimbursable ser
vices are limited to treatment consisting of manual manipulation of the spine
to correct a subluxation shown by X-ray or clinical findings.
->這段意思是說，限制Chiropractors只有在x光或臨床發現subluxation 並進行脊椎徒手
操作或矯正時才是法律上定義的Physician。
Naturopaths, faith healers, and other practitioners of the healing arts which
are not listed herein are not included within the term “physician” as used i
n this part.
->這段是說施行自然醫學、信心療法等等的從業人員都不在Physician的範圍在內
**法律層面的結論就是，Naturopathic Physician 不是Physician，縱使你有州立證照說
是Naturopathic Physician 也一樣，你看到裡面藏了一個Physician這個字愛把他當Phys
ician那是你家的事情，法律上並不把他定義Physician ，所以我才說那是在鑽漏洞，混
淆視聽讓一些民眾被騙以為是真的醫生。
語言方面也要討論一下，會有翻譯上的問題，Physician、Provider、Practitioner 翻成
中文也可以統稱為醫師，但真正的醫師只Physician。
舉個例，美國有Nurse Practitioner 和Physician assistant ，他們是可以看診開藥的
，而且還自稱醫師，一般民眾也常常被唬到以為NP/PA是醫生，實情並不是。
再來你要了解美國當地人腦中怎麼想的，在民間口語上是更嚴格的，不會稱MD/DO以外的
醫療人員為Physician，更明確的說就是在普遍美國人腦中Physician就是MD/DO，甚至很
多人認為牙醫師不是Physician。
所謂「自然醫學醫師」如果叫做在行醫或稱作醫師真的是在污辱醫師這個職業。賣維他命
點滴；用草藥治癌症；叫甲狀腺低下的人不要吃西藥，要他們吃豬的甲狀腺。這也叫診斷
檢驗治療開處方？對了，有一位「自然醫學醫師」後來改邪歸正，大力倡導自然醫學是偽
科學並且宣導他們不是醫師(Physician)，跟你說一下。
最後，獸醫師真的不是醫師，醫師法就是沒寫進獸醫師，主管機關也完全不同，把獸醫當
作Physician只是你一相情願的認為罷了，除非你去修法。
給你個忠告，你在做的只是找尋能「證明」自己想法的證據，但是跟你想法抵觸的的證據
