一天只吃兩餐會傷身體嗎? - 藥物,藥學討論

因為我吃兩餐就覺得飽足了,就算家人有煮晚餐我也只是喝湯。
我一天飲食與作息如下:
7:00起床做壺鈴運動,訓練大腿後側肌肉以及背肌,大量流汗後洗熱水澡,之前是因為有鼻過敏問題才早上運動,因為我運動當天就不會鼻過敏,但之前透過益壽中醫吃完中藥後過敏好了,所以也不需要運動來擺脫過敏,但發現早上運動升陽氣後,可以讓我一天精神飽滿狀態佳,所以還是繼續早上做運動。
早上運動後8:00吃
1.兩顆水煮蛋
2.兩顆南瓜籽油、一湯匙亞麻仁油、兩顆魚油
8:30-12:00
研究生做重複性的腦力工作,閱讀書籍和做書摘
12:00-14:00
其實這個時間肚子仍然有早上兩顆水煮蛋的飽足感,只是覺得自己應該「吃一下東西」所以還是會找東西吃,但其實自己並沒有真正的飢餓。
我通常會吃,2-3顆烤馬玲薯,灑上玫瑰鹽與迷迭香後吃烤馬鈴薯,我覺得這樣的中餐就很美味。
然後晚餐就不會想吃,就算吃也覺得「這不是很好、我想要的狀態」,所以晚上就不會吃晚餐,直接待到睡覺隔天早上再吃。
